Service Outage in Middle TN for over 2 hours now

I have been without service since at least 5:30 when I woke up. I have done a factory reset since that helped the last time this happened but it didn't work this time. I cannot make/receive calls or send/receive text messages. This is my only phone and I have children. THIS IS NOT GOOD!!!!

Stupid question, I know. But since it seems this is only affecting you, Was the billed paid on time???

Can you call 611 and get through???? If so, call and ask.

Also, what phone do you have?

Yes since my mother is an employee and it's bank drafted every month. That

was my first thought but I was able to get on the internet through WiFi.

Can you call 611 (CS) if so the phone is most likely suspended for some reason. If you can't, what is the device....Beside Android :smileyhappy:

It's the Samsung Fascinate which could be the root of all of my problems.

i can totally agree with you about that. I am in Illinois and mine is out also not sure for how long at least a hour or so . I do not believe that the resets are going to work.....IT IS ALL VERIZON!!!

I hope they fix it soon!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
