My LG Enlighten keeps over-heating. Everytime I call in or go to the store they just replace the battery or the phone itself. The battery has been replaced 3 times now and the phone itself 2 times. But yet they cant seem to fix the problem of over-heating!! Actually today it over-heated when it was just laying on the table. Everyone now jokes around just put in the freezer to cool it down.. because the phone gets so hot it can make your hands red. I just keep calling in to Verizon and yet nothing! But going to the store...that's a joke! They do nothing but take your phone, look at the account and here's the big shocker guys they do nothing! Im just thinking about cancelling the account since they wont fix this issue, and i do realize the fee's but either way I have to buy a phone to replace this junk. Can I buy a phone and still active it on my account? Like replacing the LG Englighten....
