I live in watsonville, CA area and we have strong 4g reception in my area. Lately I've been VERY annoyed by the 4g just dropping data altogether. Usually happens when I connect to my wifi, then when I turn it off, the 4g comes on but within 5 sec, NO DATA. Then maybe after a few seconds comes on and then off intermittently. What is going on? Does anyone know how to fix this? This is my second thunderbolt btw and I just received my third thunderbolt and the same exact thing. So I'm going to just send back the one they sent me bc that one has the same exact problems as well.
Would switching out he sim card do anything? Is it my phone or the towers? Im going to just ask verizon to send me a phone until I find a working one. I think they keep sending me the ones that had the same problems from other customers...but certified refurbished of course.
