No Message Services Configured

I just got a tour and ended up wiping it out and starting fresh. Now, when I try to compose an e-mail, it says "No message services configured. You will be redirected to the Setup Wizard to setup your email account. So I click okay and it sends me to the setup wizard. I log in and I see my 3 e-mail addresses that I used to have on my pearl. Is there something I'm missing here because it's still not working. I tried to "add" them over again and it says that I already have them on my phone.

I tried finding some solutions on the internet such as going to options>advanced options>host routing table>bb button>register. So the product is registered.

What else can I do?

Oddly enough, I just received the registration e-mail from signing up with these forums on my blackberry. So I can receive email apparently, but not send it.

Also, after I exit out of the e-mail setup wizard it says "no message services configured. You will only be able to save draft."

I would make an educated guess that you need to resend your service books. I am sorry I don't currently know how to do this, but call customer care at 800-922-0204 and tech can walk you through it.

I believe you need to associate your new device PIN with those email accounts. Go here :BlackBerry Internet Service: https://bis.na.blackberry.com/html?brand=vzw and you can reassign the accounts to your new phone

Yes, all you need to do is have your service books resent. You can use the BIS Login: https://bis.na.blackberry.com/html?brand=vzw

Enter your Blackberry Username/password and then in the menu on the left it will say "Service Books". Click on that to have them resent.

Your service books at time may need to be resent for a number of reasons, so it's best if you get familiar with the BIS website. It's great for editing your email signatures, creating email filters, setting up/editing email accounts...etc. Great tool.
