HTC Rezound 4G connectivity issues

In the last week I've been having 4G connectivity issues with my HTC Rezound, very annoying. Does anybody know why or how I can fix this? re-start phone: done, take battery out: check.

I have "unlimited" plan, and as of now I think I have consumed close to 7GB, is Verizon throttling my data?

Hi JBLo,

I use my data connection most of the day and I can imagine how inconvenient must be to have connectivity issues. I see that you have restarted and pulled battery already. Please reprogram your phone by Removing SIM Card for 30 seconds as this procedure has resolved connectivity issues for others.

If the issues continue please post back with more details on the issue:

Does it happen everywhere or just in a particular location?

Is connectivity issue while indoor?

Are you getting any error on your screen when connecting to data network?

If the issue is mainly data speeds, what speeds are you experiencing? Please install a speed test application and provide speeds results.

My issue is mainly data speeds: I average about 7-8 MBPS down and 2-3 MBPS up....much lower than when I first got the device.

I get these same speeds whether I am indoors or outdoors, all activity takes place within a 20-25 mile radius of downtown Phoenix,AZ and receiving no errors. Sure, 7-8 down and 2-3 up is not bad, but it was 18-20 down and 10-12 up the first few weeks I had it (received the device 12/31/2011) This has been happening since early Feb, after the OTA update

After the most recent update, my 4G is completely gone and my battery life has gone in the gutter. My battery barely lasts 5 hours with WiFi, GPS, Bluetooth, and Data off. I have tried everything to resolve this issue. I have reinstalled and reset my phone three times already.

My phone before the update would last for hours even with 4G on.

Is Verizon or HTC going to address this issue? If so, how long is it going to take? I depend on this phone for work!

Well rumor is that ICS/4.0 is suppose to be released this week for the Rezound, so hopefully that will resolve some of the issues. Ive played with ICS on the Rezound and so far, there is some improvement. Maybe the official release will do the trick!
