LG Ally Weather Widget

I have an LG Ally.  I've been trying to find a weather app that I like to use.  I activated the Weather widget; however, it doesn't show the correct time for my area.  I went to the AccuWeather website and they do show the correct time for my area.  Does anyone know how I fix this so the correct time will show on the widget?  If not, can anyone suggest another weather app/widget I can use?  I'm funny about not wanting ones that can "track" my phone calls in their permissions area.  Thanks!

Can you say a little more about the AccuWeather widget not showing the correct time? Is it showing the time for a different time zone? Or has it just not synced for awhile? I find that on my Samsung Stratosphere it doesn't seem to sync while the phone is "asleep" overnight, and maybe not for awhile after I start using it again. I have it set to sync every 30 minutes, but sometimes it seems reluctant to do that. In any case, the time that displays in the widget is the time of its last sync (so you can know how up-to-date the weather information it gives is), not necessarily what it thinks the current time is.
