I entered a signature in my phone (Motorola Bionic).

The address and phone numbers all convert to a hyperlink when I send. This is a Microsoft Exchange account. Any thoughts? Example below (no names or numbers are actual). Color, underline and linking all generated when the email is sent. Motorola Bionic

That's a pretty automatic thing on most computing devices nowadays, probably has more to do with the device receiving the emails than the device sending them.
