I got my first Stratosphere on March 16 and it worked for the first few days then it continuously cut out on me, the call time growing shorter and shorter each time. One seven some minutes, then five and then finally two. I have done all the troubleshooting and have even gotten a replacement and the problem still occurs. I have tried using a headset, not using a headset, using speakerphone, using indoors, using outdoors. I honestly believe that it is the phone because both of the ones I received were brand new. I have called customer service, which had no help. I've been reading online that this is a very common problem among the Stratospheres. I have sent an email to customer service and received an automated response back more than once. It has gotten so bad that people do not want to even contact me anymore. I really believe that the option of just getting a totally different phone of equal or less value should be available, such as the iPhone 4, but sadly all customer service has done has offered me the same disappointing model. That is why I decided to take it up to a higher authority since nothing was being done at the local level.
