I do not know about any one else but I would love to see this come to Verizon!
I think that is an awesome idea for a device, though I have to wonder how Verizon feels about it, what with selling three devices (with a common data plan) in one vs. three separate devices. But I'm sure they'll find a way to link a data plan to each one. Personally, I don't feel the need for one, but I could certainly see there being some demand for it.
I own an Asus laptop and believe it is one of the best computers I've ever had. And I've had a lot of computers since 1988. There is no doubt in my mind that I want this Asus Padfone. Not only do I want it personally, it would be great for my job. I've been with Verizon for a long time and I'm a satisfied customer. However, I'm willing to leave and go with another provider if that's what it takes to get into this technology. This is the way of the future. Who's going to be smart enough, quick enough and savvy enough to embrace this technology. Whoever that is, I'm your customer. I can only hope it's Verizon!
Dear Verizon, if you have listened to all the pleas above, then I hope you can find it in your hearts to listen...lol. I've never really signed a petition for anything (except to bring back "Kyle XY") but I really really need you to bring the PadFone to your lineup of devices. Birthday is in june, so would be nice to have one with a little red check on it!
Verizon, PLEASE MAKE THIS HAPPEN!!!
There is no way to link a data plan to each one since the phone is the only device who has a "brain". That's part of the appeal of this system. If Verizon decides to offer it it would be more to attract customers than anything else...
Let's hope they do bring it!
I'd just like to add my name to the list desiring Verizon to carry this product or at least support it if purchased outright.
so there is no mistake; I WILL be buying one of these to replace my phone and Transformer Prime, Hopefully I can stay with Verizon while doing so.
i'd love to see it as well. i doubt i would actually get it, but it seems like a really cool idea. i've got the asus transformer eee tablet and from what i've seen out there, it is the best tablet for the $ around. also have an asus laptop. they make quality stuff.

Join my petition!! I'm dedicated to let Verizon know how bad its customers want such a kickass device!
Thank you, hope to see many signatures soon!

Have been with VZW for years! Been relatively satisfied with the carrier and still think that it is the best wireless carrier out there. So why not grab the most evolutionary and revolutionary device, the Padfone? Been waiting for this combo unit for a couple of years now. I still do not own a tablet because I knew in my heart of hearts that somebody out there (ASUS now) will integrate all these mobile units into one. If another carrier beats VZW to it, I will definitely switch. C'mon ASUS and VZW, work something out SOON! I am pulling pulling out my CC already. I am tired of all the reviews, specs, hands-on, videos and Taiwan availability. All I want to read is U.S. availability, when, price, US specs. ASUS, please do not mess up your execution and development of the US production unit. Full disclosure, I have not owned an ASUS device so I am a little leery about its quality and dependability. Regardless, get this to our shores and to VZW! Thanks.
the quality is solid. i have an asus tablet and an asus laptop. couldn't be happier with both of them.
I hate to break it to you, but it looks unlikely. The fact that this is a 3G only phone and requires a sim card knocks out Verizon. I only have one hope that the S4 Snapdragon which powers the phone has an LTE variant that could be compatible. Fingers crossed, but I'm not holding my breath.
