Bionic Software Install

When I used to plug my phone into my computer it would open a screen that gave me the option to automatically install the phone software.  I've upgraded the OS on my computer, but plugging my phone in doesn't produce this result.  Any idea where on the phone I can manually install this Verizon software?

Hello it_geek,

I can give you some steps to make sure the phone is setup correctly! Please go to Settings>Storage>Make sure Disable software install is not checked. This will install the drivers for you. You can also click on "Software install help" to get more information on the feature. I also included a link for ''Mass Storage Mode."
