Issues with the Samsung Contium

Having lots of issues with my samsung contiumm. 

The first problem was I lost all of my contacts, the second problem was I lost all of my pictures, the third problem is I cannot recieve phone calls and when someone calls me, my phone says (Sorry the proces com.android. phone has stopped unexpectedly. Please try again.  And a blue No sign.  I can recieve text and can make phone calls.

Sounds like you are having some serious issues with your phone.  Normally I don't recommend this except as a last resort, but it sounds like you may be in need of a factory reset.  You can do this by pressing menu>settings>privacy>factory data reset.  This will erase any information, apps, etc. that you have on your phone, your SD card will be fine.  If you have your contacts synced with Google, they will be restored after you sign in with your gmail account, and your apps (including paid apps), if they don't restore automatically, can be re-installed.
