I just got my son a razr and we can not get wifi connection. Can we connect without it?
Yeah, you pay the $30 a month for internet. If the wifi is actually not working, take it back and get a new one.

if you can't get wifi on the razr then you should take it back. it should work, Otherwise, usually they require a data package for smart phones. Don;t know why you don't have any internet.
Do you have a WiFi connection available to connect to????
Make sure that mobile data is enabled in your settings.
