This "software" is showing up, apparently on Droid 3's only, starting yesterday. It's not listed in Google Play and AV software (at least, Avast) doesn't mark it as malware. It also doesn't seem to be uninstallable. I realize there is a developer with this name, but this is the actual "app" (shown in images linked below). Ideas? None of those commenting have installed it knowingly.

Same problem here, I just deleted my post a few minutes ago and will follow this thread. I only noticed it when auto-updating a couple of other apps. Lookout is not recognizing "Brett Henderson" as anything fishy either.
Been checking around and sent query via email to Google, and No one knows what this is but one poster under the ratings for the "app" said it is a virus and so far cannot be removed. When I posted a rating there 1/2 hour ago there were 97 people who all want to know what this is and why it is on our phones. One poster even called Motorola and they are checking into it and bumping it to a higher level for inquiry. Which probably means into the circular file.
Some people suggested we will have to do hard resets to factory settings, which may or may not produce a positive result.
If anyone here figures this out please post your findings right away. And Anyone who has this should contact Google, Motorola, and Verizon.
To see if it is on your phone open the Google "PlayStore" app press the menu button, press "My Apps" and slide over to the "All" apps list and scroll down to see if it is Installed on your phone.
