I just got a Stratsophere and now the key pad is locked up for texting. I have tried everything I can think of and nothing works. Anyone know what else I should try?
remove battery for like a full minute and try again. other than that, go back to where you bought it and make them deal
Or, you could call Verizon tech support and nicely explain to them what the issue is. They will walk you through some trouble-shooting steps (one of which will be a battery pull) and, if those don't fix it, most likely they will send you a replacement device. If you are still within your first 14 days of purchase, they will send a new replacement, if outside of that, they will send a certified like-new device. No need to "make them deal".
