Is anyone else having trouble getting their rebate card? I sent my trade in to them in September, and still have not recieved my $100 rebate card. I have called no less than 12 times over the past five months, yet was told I wouldn't receive it because I hadn't followed up on it. This billion dollar company will not even return my phone calls from yesterday over a lousy $100 rebate. My average bill each month is $190.00 and I have had service for over 6 years with them, and they won't even return my call now. I am going to drop my service it this is not resolved today.
