Mobile web doesn't cancel after 24 hours?

I ordered the mobile web for 24 hours about 2 days ago, and it has yet to shut off, what's going on?

Remove your battery from the phone while the phone is on.

If your web is not shutting off. I am guessing I am not understanding the direct issue. What exatly is the phone doing? and call customer care if you cant get ti to shut off.
