Where would I look in the Droid Razor to see how much data I have used at any point in time?
You have a App Called My Account or the My Verizon App an it Will Show you How Much Data that you have used. It does the same as the one on the Verizon Site an it's in your App Drawer.. b33

B33 is correct, that app will give you the info. If you want, you can also long press on your home screen, choose to add a Widget and select My Verizon Data. You will now have a widget that show you how much you have used of your plan.
