how many days does verizon give you for them to get the old phone back? is it 5 or 7
It should be on the paper work that came with the replacement. I'd just tell you, but I don't remember.

We see this question come up from time to time. In case others don't have their paperwork handy, we suggest having the device in the shipping company's hands within 5 days of receiving it. Once you put the shipping label on the return package, please keep your portion of the return tracking label in case you run into any shipping issues.
