My droid X when dark on 98% of my screen for no reason, but the great customer service at Verizon has one on the mail for me by tomorrow..that's customer service..Take this from a GM of two restaurants who care about customer service in Coronado CA....Lil' Piggy's BBQ & Village Pizzeria on the Bay... Thanks Verizon customer team, I have received this level of service for 9 years now and that tells you why I'm with this company for so long.
