Older Droid X will NOT boot up!

I've tried pulling the battery. I've tried holding the "Home" button and power button and no joy. It will not get past the Motorola "M". I did a master reset last night when I got it to turn on, and still nothing. It started yesterday evening and now, nothing. Any thoughts???

I rely on my phone to stay connected with friends and family and would hate for this to happen to my phone. I definite understand how frustrating this must be so I want to help get this resolved.

Are you still having trouble turning the phone on? Has there been any damage on the device? Is the phone still under warranty?

Since you've already tried a master reset and it is still not turning on we may need to replace the phone if still under warranty.

Thank you, but it was dead. There was never any internal damage to it, it just died. But, your outstanding team at the store on Greenfield WI took very good care of me. They gave me an "Emergency" replacement to use until my new phone came in the mail.

Kudos to them!
