When my mobile hot spot is on I cant locate it on my laptop,any suggestions?

Note: You need to subscribe to Wi-Fi hotspot service to use this feature. Contact your service provider.
To set up your smartphone as a Wi-Fi hotspot:
When your Wi-Fi hotspot is active, other Wi-Fi enabled devices can connect by entering your hotspot’s SSID, selecting a Security type, and entering the correct Wireless password.
Troubleshooting tips:Cannot access certain web sites using computer browserIf you're unable to connect to certain sites, try performing a force reboot. If that doesn't work try using a different browser such as Firefox, Internet explorer or Google chrome. Ensure the browser version is up to date.
