My GF has a Razr and I am rolling with the Nexus phone. Ever since i got my girlfriend her razr, I never had any issues texting back and forth with her. We send hundreds of text messages between us and everything would go threw fine. Now for the past few days the text messaging between me and my girlfriend has been getting lost on her end.... I would send her text messages and just does not get them,or she would get 1 out of the 5 I send her. Keep in mind that I have no issues texting anyone else,they all get my text messages. Same with my girlfriend. everyone she knows is texting her like normal and everything is going threw fine like nothing is wrong. I recieve her text messages fine with no issues but its just my text messages to her that's getting lost.
On the troubleshooting side.
We both took out our batterys
Pulled our sim cards
I deleted her from my contacts and put her back in
She deleted me from her contacts and added me back in
I have called customer service on my end and tech support tells me that everything on my end is going thew fine and it shows her reciving the text messages but her phone is never picking them up.
She is not using any type of text messaging app and neither am I
I just don't get whats going on and how it can be possible just between our numbers. Verizon is sending her another Sim card tomorrow but I really don't know if that is the issue.
At this point I am completely stumped on what to do lol. before I even wipe my fine and hers I just want to make sure if there is a bug of some sort in the razr or the nexus that is preventing this type of issue.
Its just very frustrating how I was able to text my gf for the past 2 months with no issues what so ever and then all of a sudden it just stops working.
Any help on this would be greatly appreciated.
