Where can I find a list of "shortcut" codes for things like call forwarding *72; stop call forwarding *73...etc.

Dave-in-Decatur's link will probably get the job done (I think the codes are pretty much the same in residential service as Verizon Wireless). I did find a different link that has everything to do with call forwarding on our support page. Here's the link: Call Forwarding. I hope that's what you were looking for. Feel free to post any other questions you may have regarding this feature.
