Stratosphere Screen Stay On??

How do I get the screen to stay on when the phone is plugged in and charging. On my original Droid 1 I used to go into the menu and then development and set it to stay on when plugged in. I cant find that option anywhere on the Stratosphere. I have found two apps that don't work very well as you have to launch them and set it up every time you plug in. Is there a setting on the phone like the old Motodroid?

The only screen timeout setting I've found on the Strat is to go to the Home screen, then Menu > Settings > Display settings > Screen timeout. Unfortunately it maxes out at 10 minutes. Conceivably there's an app in the Play Store that will override this, but I haven't checked.

I think Samsung might have removed that option when they modified the UI from stock Android to their TouchWiz UI. It is a nice option to have when a person needs it.

I think Samsung knew the Stratosphere had battery issues and pulled that option. When I am using navigation my car charger will maintain what charge is currently left on the phone but it will not gain in charge beyond that point. I have also had times when the charger could not keep up with battery loss.
