Hi! I just got my phone today and when I go to get apps it keeps saying something like "waiting for wifi connection to download". My husbands phone downloads with no problem What can I do?
Motorola phones have a power and data management options in the settings. Have you checked out the phone settings to see if something is turned on there? Menu > settings
Also check out the settings for the Play Store. Open Play Store > menu > settings
