I have only had this phone for a year now and I have had to have it repalced now for the 5th time because the charging port has broke and the phone wont charge anymore. I think this is ridiculous and it is not right to the customer to pay 99.00 for a refurbished phone that will break anyway!!! I am seriously looking to switch to another carrier for not only is Verizon getting over with charging so much for the crappy servie but to also keep replacing a phone 5 times already!!! IS anyone else having this same problem?
