Sync outlook calendar with Iphone calendar

I am trying to sync my outlook calendar with Iphone 4 calendar. I have looked online and found that it works by syncing Outlook and Google calendar, then syncing GOogle calendar to Iphone. I have Google and Outlook working. Just cannot get the Google to Iphone setup to work. Any suggestions?

Hey JuliaB, I'm sorry you're having issues with syncing your outlook with your device. I have listed steps below:

1) Connect the iPad / iPhone to the computer using the USB cable.

By default, iTunes opens automatically.

2) Select the iPad / iPhone under Devices on the left-hand side of iTunes.

3) Select the iTunes tab:

Info (contacts, mail accounts, calendar, etc.)

Apps

Music

Movies

TV Shows

Podcasts (Windows only)

Books (Windows only)

Photos

4) Select from the following options:

MobileMe

Sync Contacts with

Sync Calendars with

Sync Mail Accounts from

Other

Advanced

Sync (iCal)Calendars with

1) From the Sync Calendars dropdown menu select the email account(s).

I just got a new Iphone 4, and am having similar problems, except that the options that you say are not listed. I also want to synch my Outlook contacts and calendar info with my Iphone, and can't figure out how. There's no option to select Outlook.

I'm really frustrated because I suspect I upgraded to the wrong phone based on bad information.
