I keep getting a pop up that says the memory is 90% full

I keep getting a pop up that says the memory is 90% full.

It gives me two options.

cleat now / clear later

does not matter which one I press it just goes away and nothin happens.

Anyone had this happen to them?????

Usually this is caused by too much data and cached items being stored on your phone.  Try these and reboot.

• Do you have a ton of text messages? Delete a bunch of old ones.
• Browser cache may be overflowing.  Clear it.
• Email trash may need emptying if it is overly full.
• If you Tweet a lot you may have many twitter messages stored.  Clear twitter data and cache.
• Look for other apps that store data and cache on you phone and clear those.
• Do you have a bunch of old apps installed that you no longer use?  Remove those.
• Clear system cache.
• .On and on ..........
