i have a bionic, i love this phone..... or at least i did untill 2 weeks ago. i have had mine since just after they came out. i have gotten used to it and the fetures. 2 weeks ago i was in georgia and was having trouble with the speaker, i took it to the vws store and they said i need a replace ment phone. they sent me a new phone , i got them to set it up and it took 2 hours to get service. it worked ok untill i got home, in north carolina, then it went to NO SERVICE at all, i called vws and the said the normal take out the battery bla bla bla, i eventually put my sim card back in the old boinic. well i called this past sat and talked to tech. support who stated that motorola had notified them that there was either a software or a firmware problem and there was no resolution at this time. so i asked how he could in good concious keep sending out phones that he knew for a fact that they were problematic. he said i could call motorola and discuss it with them but all he was allowed to do was send me another one, and he did. i called back in today and was discussing with a tech. about the problem and he said he would see what he could do about getting another kind of phone. well what do you know the call was dropped in a 3g 4 blue bar area. and he didnt even call me back. makes me think BIG PHONE BROTHER was listening. i want someone to call me and either fix my bionic or send me a different kind of phone........... oh yeah does anyone else have a problem with buying a BRAND NEW PHONE and 2 months after the phone has been released, when you have a problem with your phone they send you a CERTIFIED REFERBISHED phone.... how do you get referbished phones that fast ? can someone please helh me ?
