If anyone has a problem with their VZW store customer service associates, I recommend that they move to the Kansas City, MO area. I have NEVER had a bad word to say about any of them. We have four stores in our neighborhood and I have used two since they are the closest. For example, I received my new Razr Maxx and an Ottercase today. Had some problems switching telephone numbers and using the Ottercase. The associate that greeted me at the door took my phones and within about 5 minutes had my phone numbers switched and my phone encased in the Ottercase. He then gave me some excellant suggestions. I would recommend the stores in my area to anybody. They are GREAT.
