Browser slow on my RAZR after updating

I just downloaded the update last night, to Android 2.3.6, Sysem version 6.12.173.XT912.  After that, I noticed my browser is much, much slower in dowloading websites; what used to take 20 seconds now takes almost two full minutes.

Anybody else have this problem?

I'm referring to 3G.  Much, much slower than before.  Maybe it's a temporary, local issue?
