Another Droid X2 Freezing

I have been searching this and many other sites but yet to find a resolution,  Im extremely frusterated.

A little back story, I had the Droid X for 1 1/5 years and never had a problem with it until I broke the screen . I have Assurion insurance so I had it replaced. The store did not have any X's left so I got a X2. 

I must say ive never had so many problems with a phone. This phone locks up no matter what im doing, texting, facebook, even just doing the swipe to unlock the phone. Ive tring restarting it, pulling the battery, everything I could find on the internet to do. I even went so far as doing the reset where it goes back to bone stock.

Ive gone to the VZ store and was basicly told "too bad" nothing we can do. Great customer service. 

Any info I may receive will be greatly appreciated. I just want to use my phone.

I'm having the same issue. Everything has been freezing the phone and I've also been having an issue with needing to "force close" everything from my contacts manager while looking up a number to text messages to my camera. It's incredibly obnoxious and all I want to do is be able to use my phone.

I hope someone comes up with an answer soon.
