PLEASE HELP!!!!!!

I have a droid razr maxx i cant get the screen to unlock it will recieve calls and allow me to answer them. i cant make calls it, the funtions such as time, charge, notification etc seem to work, ive tried a soft reset and now its staying in soft reset showing the droid eye. I dont know what to do.

Clint1974:  i Don't know if your on here or Not But Can you get it to Shut Off let's try that First.. If not i would say your Best Option would be Go to the Corporate Store that is near You an Have them Flash your Maxx
