Status bar and landscape mode not working on Droid Incredible.

I just got back a re-manufactured replacement Droid Incredible from Best Buy. It's actually working very well except the status bar won't pull down and the phone will not rotate into landscape mode. I've tried several tips and tricks I've read here on the forums and nothing is working. Probably going back to Best Buy and see if they know of anything they can do. It's just frustrating to get back a phone that is not fully functioning.

For landscape, have you checked Menu>Settings>Display; then made sure that Auto-rotate was checked? If it isn't checked, just check it and you should get into landscape mode again. As for the Notification Bar, can't help you there. I know that on some of my smartphones, in Settings, there was a place to check/uncheck Notifications. Can't seem to find it on my Razr Maxx.
