I wanted to compliment the two representatives at the Verizon wireless store in Burleson, TX. Lena and Jared. I got the new Samsun Nexus last Wed. I consider myself a tech person. I was able to setup my phone, no problem. However I started noticing I wasn't receiving any emails or text. I cannot tell you how many times I took the battery and the sims card out. I couldn't download anything. Finally I went to the store on Saturday morning, Lena helped me, she did the sims card and battery and it started working. She noticed the WI-FI was on so that was corrected. I started getting the emails and text messages that I wasn't getting. That afternoon I started having the same problem, no messages could not download apps. I was on the phone the call dropped twice. That was it for me. I have been a Verizon customer for a long time and I have NEVER, EVER had a problem with their phones or customer service. I immediately went back to the store on the same day and returned everything. I told the nice young man I was frustrated and I need to return to my old Samsun Fascinate. He promptly took care of my request and that is why I'm still a verizon customer. I thought he was going to tell me I couldn't return it but he was very helpful and very nice. Your employees represented their store and company very well. Thank you. BTW the Nexus was the worst phone I have ever had. It did not represent both companies. I think I'll start saving for an I Phone.
