my son locked my phone up, its asking for a gmail email address, have no idea what it is, have had this phone for a few years. i use my yahoo email as my main account, need to do a reset to get my phone opened.
Go to Gmail.com and there should be a place to retrieve your Gmail address before your reset the entire device.
