I could not be more unhappy with my Motorola Razr. I have spend more than one hundred hours with tech support of Verizon and Motorola. Finally Motorola told me to buy a 3rd party software from Deja Office and I did not have any luck with that either. Now that the phone is three months old I am stuck with it and I cannot depend on the calendar or the contacts to be accurate. Everyone I know and most people I do business with use Outlook for meeting scheduling. They tell me that I should not try buying en exchange server to solve my problem. I just can't believe that Motorola can't write an app to sync with Outlook. When I had an Apple iPhone, it worked perfectly. Now I am stuck with Motorola and tech support people who need a lot more training.
My recommendation is DO NOT BUY anything Motorola. I also believe that Verizon should be ashamed of themselves for even selling a product that does not sync with Outlook.
