droid pro

i have a problem with my droid pro that lasts for awhile, and its kinda annoying... when somebody calls me sometimes i cant answer, touchscreen freezes out, or when i end the call, itss the same thing, i have to wait for the other side to hang up!

well, i think that device is still under manufacturer 1yr insurance, or how is called, cause its purchased in june 2011...

so, what should i do?

is there any way to get device replaced by verizon or motorola?!?!

I would recommend calling customer service, from a phone other than your cell and having them troubleshoot the issue. If they determine it to be a manufacturer's malfunction they will likely send you a certified like new replacement. The number is (800) 922-0204.

Hi huseh,

Having touch-screen issues can be a major pain. If you haven't exercised pollix11 suggestion by contacting customer service I can gladly provide you with some additional assistance. You are correct, our phones come with a 1 yr manufacturers warranty, which can be provided if thorough troubleshooting does not resolve the issue.

Have you tried clearing the cache for your dialer? If not, here's how: Settings>Applications>Manage Applications>All>Dialer>Clear Data. If you are still having issues, at your convenience please DM me your wireless number.
