razr maxx bluetooth voice dial

I have just upgraded to a MAXX. I have used voice dial activated by pressing the headset button on various phones for many years.

I have two issues with this application on the MAXX

If I set the phone to in-pocket detection and press the button on the earpiece and the phone is in my pocket or case,.the voice dial starts but immediately terminates.

Without the in-pocket detection on it generally works OK. BUT, When I press the button on the headset to start the voice dial, It unlocks the screen making it possible for the call to be ended accidently..

It's because you got the phone in your Pocket take that feature off if you want the phone in your pock an to use Voice Dial at the same time with the feature on it's stopping it from accidental dialing. I have mine set to Off. on my Maxx!

Duh - that's exactly what I said. The issue is that the phone should

recognize that it is Bluetooth activated an respond accordingly.
