My voicemail states my mailbox is full with 20 messages but it stops after about 8. How can I get it to go on to the rest of them? Please don't say delete the first 8, there must be something that is not working correctly.
If you are having issues with your voicemail, it is an issue with verizon's service, not your phone. All the phone does is call into their service and the service takes it from their. That being said, you can try calling from a different phone (call your number, let it go to VM, then press either # or *, don't remember which), but I would imagine you will run into the same issue. If you do, call VZ tech support and have them fix it from their end.

I know that voicemails are important, and you wouldn't want to delete all of them. Have you listened to those eight messages and re-saved them? After doing this, do the voicemails still not play? I have included a link with the voicemail commands available.
