My 18 month LG Ally wouldn't turn on this morning. Charging or battery remove and replace doesn't cause any signs of life. Any other troubleshooting steps I can try before visiting the Verizon store?
Pfdg3, I understand how frustrating this can be and want to help get this fixed. Are you still unable to turn on your phone? Did you get a chance to take the device to a VZW store? Has there been any damage to the phone? Have you tried using a different charger and outlet to charge the phone? Have you tried a different battery?
