Can't recieve any type of pic message...

This problem has been going on for a couple weeks now. I was hoping it just be a fluke, but it's sorta not. Whenver my phone (Env2) trys to recieve a picture, video, or sound message, it'll try to download then give me "Message expired or not available." Can anyone help me on this?

Try re-downloading the message. If that doesn't work you may have a network problem and therefore need to update your connection.

Try updating the software on your phone by dialing *228 and selecting option 1. You should do this at least every month to keep your phone up to date.

I tried updating, and it updated successfully, but it still doesn't recieve messages.
