How do I download my contacts in my phone book to Sync in my Ford Edge?
That may be more of a question for Ford, but if you could specify what phone you're using and ask in the forum for that phone, you might get more help. My Civic asked if I wanted to use the contacts in my Rezound when I paired the Civic's Bluetooth with the phone.
