I have had Verizon Wireless for over a year now and have had nothing but billing problems since day one. Their "company policy" is nothing more than highway robbery!! I should get a bill for $200 per month for 2 smart phones and one regular old cell phone, instead I am receiving bills for $400-$1300 per MONTH! They even disconnected my service for non-payment two weeks before my payment was due. Obviously they claim they were in the right, and that I declined payment arrangements, which I did not. My LG Ally is my only phone, as is my teenage son's cell phone, so why wouldn't I make the payments to keep my service on? At the beginning of May I paid $601.96 to bring the account current and was told, misleadingly yet again, I would have a bill of $200 a month for May and June. Today I received a bill for $450 for April through June!! I have never felt more railroaded and robbed by a company in my life! Once I deal with customer service yet again this month, as I have every month for almost a year, I plan on contacting the better business bureau and the FCC to expose Verizon Wireless for the common thieves that they are!! I would hope that everyone that has dealt with or is currently dealing with problems similar to mine do the same and maybe Verizon will change their policies! They always attempt to justify their charges, but their justifications are as ridiculous as their prices!!
