I had a razr that wouldn't end calls and data reception was terrible. Finally it wouldn't end a call when I was in the shop so they could exchange it for me. Now my second razr is doing the same thing but has fine data reception. Is anyone else's razor not ending calls when you push end? I have done a soft restart by pushing bottom volume key and power button. When that works it only lasts about a week. Any suggestions?

I'm sorry to hear about the trouble you're having with the Motorola Razr. Being able to end a call is a pretty basic function. Is this a regularly occurring issue or randomly happening? I do recommend enabling safe mode and seeing if the calls are still not ending properly when you tap the screen. If you can determine the issue is corrected in safe mode, then it is being caused by a Market/3rd party app that is best to be removed. You can start with recently installed applications or do a complete hard reset. Of course, its best to ensure your phones contacts, calendar and any other personal info is backed up to Gmail/Google before attempting the reset.
