Has anyone else ordered the LG Spectrum online while it was on special for a $100.00 off and then when they billed you it was 185.00?
Are you sure that didn't include taxes? You will get charged for sales tax on the full retail price of the phone (this may vary state to state, but in California, this is how they do it) which runs $500 + (after checking the off contract price for the Spectrum, it is $589.99). If this is not the case, or is still too much, call customer service and I'm sure they will refund you for any amount they overcharged you.
Is this a new account???? Then there is an activation fee also.
yes that is with taxes but taxes aren't 100.00 it was supposed to be 199.00 with 100.00 off.

What state are you in?? A couple of states have started recently to charge tax on the full retail price like CA has done for years.
Ya take a phone that is listed at $600...(even if the cost to you is $100) ya add state and maybe a county tax or two, it can be an add'l $60 just in taxes.
ANOTHER Question..... You mentioned you ordered, 'ONLINE'. Did you order from VZW or another company online?? VZW shows the phone as $199
If another company, many have a different price for a new account vs an upgrade. Amazon is one that does this. It is $79 for a new account, $129 for an upgrade
