How do I download a PDF file from my computer and then open it on my android with the adobe reader? I can move the file to the phone, but don't see how to open it on the phone.

I have the adobe reader app on my phone. I don't know where to save the file on the phone so that I can view it from the phone or the adobe reader sees it to open the file.
I have PDF files saved in various location on my phone including the default Download folder where attachments are saved. The Adobe Reader app will find any PDF files saved on the device.
I found the solution. Under the manage apps function, I moved the Adobe reader app to the SD card and then the files I wnted to read were able to be opened.
