Is this an image of the next Motorola phone with ICS? No specs available yet but rumored to be announced at Mobile World Congress later this month. Also expected to be Intel powered. One thing we do know is that its camera is expected to be a major selling point, offering instant-on capabilities as well as 15 frame-per-second burst capture.
No info on which carrier it might be going to but it could be Verizon.
