I recently came across a group of program for my Incredible 2 phone. Is there a way for me to install them?

You can place them on your SD card, then use a file explorer from the Play Store to install them, but you need to first go to menu>settings>development (? I think it's here)>allow installation of non-market apps. I have to caution you about installing apps not from the Play Store, as that is how the majority of malware gets onto Android phones. Make sure it is from a trusted source.
