razr maxx.. screen cracked randomly??

random crack just appeared in my maxx.. never dropped.. babied.. literally not even 2 weeks old and i'm furious..

will they replace this because its brand new? or do i have to already pay a 100 dollar deductable + the most outrageous first bill ive ever recieved from anyone.. idk if they think i'm made of money but i feel like it should be replaced for free

My razr max screen cracked (from the inside) while it was in my pocket.... No support from Motorola or Verizon. My phone was less than a month old. There's no scratches or dings on it. It's never been dropped. My deductible was $125... If I damage my next phone, the deductible will be $150... It took 5 days to get a replacement. I use my phone for business. I'm switching to Samsung....  If enough people complain maybe this issue will be handled... I'd like my deductible back and the slate wiped clean with my insurance company before 60 minutes features this piece of junk.....
